Airplane Ears Shipping Policy

We know that when your pet is struggling with anxiety or digestion, getting their wellness essentials is a top priority. Our goal is to get your Airplane Ears essentials from our facility to your doorstep as smoothly and safely as possible.

Order Processing & Shipping Times Every order is packed with care and shipped within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number the moment your package leaves our hands.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to follow its journey. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

If you haven’t received your tracking update within 7 business days of your purchase, please contact us at support@airplaneearspets.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes Yes! We proudly ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS to ensure all pet parents can access our wellness products.

International Shipping Currently, we only ship within the United States. As we grow the Airplane Ears pack, we hope to expand our healing mission internationally!

Damages and Issues Your pet's health is our priority. If your order arrives damaged (for instance, if a lick mat is bent or a probiotic seal is broken), please email us as soon as possible at support@airplaneearspets.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always try our absolute best to work toward a satisfactory solution so your pet doesn't miss a day of healing.
